PILATESremix

Meet PILATESremix: 50 Minute Pilates Hybrid.

 

PILATESremix is a fun Pilates hybrid workout combining legendary fitness techniques with beat dropping music all performed on our customized reformer. The 50 minute full-body workout consists of smooth, continuous, and controlled movements that will make you sweat, shake, burn and BEYOND. Once you get onto our bed – sleep is not an option.

REFORM & RUN

Part Pilates on the REFORMER, part cardio on the CURVE.

 

The Pilates portion of class will performed on our Pilates reformer. Our classes are designed to keep the body mobile, and to challenge the body’s natural balance through a series of movements that improve strength, flexibility and posture, and build lean muscle. The cardio portion of the class will be spent on the Woodway Curve treadmill, otherwise known as The Human Hamster Wheel. YOU provide the power on the self-propelled treadmill that’s 30 percent more effective than the conventional model.

REFORM & REBOUND

Part Pilates on the REFORMER, part cardio on the REBOUNDER (mini-trampoline)

 

The Pilates portion of class will performed on our Pilates reformer.  Our classes are designed to keep the body mobile, and to challenge the body’s natural balance through a series of movements that improve strength, flexibility and posture, and build lean muscle.  The low-impact, high-adrenaline cardio portion of the class will be spent jumping on a rebounder.  Joints will stay protected while the heart will exercise to the max.  These 50 minute energy-filled sessions, with pumping music and detailed instruction, make working out fun, safe and completely addicting.
